I came across this interesting park while taking the back roads home from Asheville, N.C. It was in a lot across from an elementary school and next to a farm - nothing much else around it. I am curious about how a memorial for Vietnamese refugees came to be out in a field in Greer. Sometimes good, sometimes bad but South Carolina always surprises me.
